For all orders under the value of £100.00 please add £6.00 carriage. (For mainland U.K. only). For Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands please ring for advice.
You will be notified by email when we have taken payment and when your goods are despatched. You should receive your order within 2-3 working days of the dispatched date. If you do not receive your order within this time please contact us as soon as possible.
We provide overnight service which will incur an extra nominal charge. Please contact us before noon on 0121 772 0936 or 0121 773 9091.
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a refund subject to delivery charges incurred, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Refund will only be allowed provided the goods are return with in 15 days of purchase. After such time a credit note will normally be isuued. (We regret that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened. Certain products are also excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons - this will be indicated with the product information for these items on our website. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.)
Our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time.
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. In this case please enclose our original delivery note or invoice number with the returned goods. Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us.
UK customers : Send your return via the Royal Mail. Please obtain a free Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement.
We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days, so we would be grateful if you could bear with us.
If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, a refund will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.
If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.

We won´t ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods in your shopping basket have been processed. And to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Delta, Switch and Solo cards. Please note we don´t accept Visa Electron for online or telephone orders. Your Right to Cancel
If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.
Amending Your Order - before despatch of goods
In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by calling us on 0121 772 0936 or emailing email@example.com up until the point of its despatch to you.
