Returns Information
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you´re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. We do not refund carriage charges unless the goods received were damaged. There is a carriage charge for any exchange due to incorrect size or colours. We may deduct delivery & admin charge if ordered in error and with out a valid reason.
(We regret that returns on hosiery, disposable underwear (briefs, boxers short,thongs etc.) cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened. Certain products are also excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons – this will be indicated with the product information for these items on our website. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.)
Returns period
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice, within a 14 days of purchase. In this case please complete the form accompanying your order and enclose it with the returned goods. Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us.
Please note the goods remain your responsibility until returned to us so we advise that you obtain proof of posting or use a courier that offers insurance to the value of the goods being returned.
We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days, so we would be grateful if you could bear with us. There is a delivery charge for the exchange.
If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, a refund will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.
If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.

We won´t ask you for any payment until we´ve made sure that all the goods in your shopping basket have been processed. And to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Solo cards. Please note we don´t accept Visa Electron for online or telephone orders. All prices are exclusive of VAT, and our VAT number is 112 8975 60
Your Right to Cancel
If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.
Amending Your Order – before dispatch of goods
In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by calling us on 0121 772 0936 or emailing info@majestictowels.co.uk up until the point of its dispatch to you.

Majestic Towels Ltd has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. Colours of each product may vary due batch dyeing hence they may not match exactly and Packaging may vary from that shown.
The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. Majestic Towels Ltd cannot guarantee that the sizes and weight of the goods will be accurate and customer should allow 10% tolerance on sizes and weight of the goods. Labels may vary from those shown. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor´s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Majestic Towels Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Majestic Towels Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "submit" on the final page of our ordering process.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.
Cancellation Right
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.
